Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Running hotter w/ smaller inj's

I recently put my stock 160s back in my truck because of the shutter due to the 160 pump. I plan to put the 370s back in when I get a 913 pump. Now the egts are up 150-200 degrees with plate in same spot as with 370s. Any guess would be appreciated.

What turbo are you running and how much boost?

stock turbo and its making the heat at 5lbs boost to 20lbs and then it starts to cool down till 30lbs and then it defuels

How many miles on the stockers? Spray pattern and atomization may poor. They may need need tips.
