I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 , I just put a Air Dog fuel system on it around 2 months ago, now I am having a strange problem, It will run really strong, but smokes heavy black right off of idle and will run great then after about 15 to 20 miutes later it will start to stumble and I noticed the boost drops, then going down the road it stumbles badly and then will die. I am not getting any codes except for P0234. sometimes it fires right back up and runs fine,it has good fuel pressure to the cp3. It is stock no chips. I am lost, any ideas?

That's an over boost code, which will cause defueling. I think it's a common code with a bad MAP sensor as well. I would start at the sensor. I don't think the Air Dog is your problem, as you say fuel pressure is good.

My truck (my 2003) did exactly as you said and it was the fuel transfer pump. OEM replacements are available for the '03-'04 from Geno's but not the dealer. If you go to the dealer, they will charge you for an expensive retrofit to move it to the fuel tank. I assume this does not apply to you since you have the Air Dog.
