Rupert Sled Pulls - 22 July

So who's heading to the Rupert pulls? I'm going to try and get a few guys from around here.

hey nate sorry bout the luck going to preston just read that you were looking for directions sorry bout that me and smoken_monster are going to rupert cause its in our back yard if ya need directions just let us know hopefuly we wont be as busy as last week hopefuly we can get some more locals intrested

If you could give me directions to where the pulls are in Rupert, that would help me out. I know where Rupert it, but that's about it.

k take the loves exit #211 turn right on highway 30 watch out its 45mph and our cops are bored comeing in to town there will be a les schwab on your left you will go through 3 stop lights just follow the road untill it leads you out of town the fair grounds are on the right hand side if its like last year enter the first gate on your right and pull in you should see some other pullers there in the grassy area get there early so you dont get turned away early is like before 4:30 the pull starts @ 7 if you need any more info just post

talked to some of the main people last night they would like it if you could show up around 3 so they can better orgnize their show as far as who is what and where from

Hopefully they will at least measure hitch height this time. :-laf

Well I'll see what I can do for showing up at 3. I may have to work Saturday, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get out that early.

I doubt they will turn anyone away in Rupert. We usually don't have that many diesels show up. If you show up before 5 they will probably still let you pull. But ya never know with United.

Was a fun time. I don't think I did too bad for my first pull. cahammer took some video of the pulls, so maybe he will put it up on here.

Nate, it was great to see you and your friend with the Duramax there. Not too shabby for your first pull.

I think Jack Moore was a little mad that I beat him... again! :-laf

I wanted to thank the fellow with the blue shirt, I believe he runs Dominator Diesel? He had the Maroon duallie Ram with the flatbed and Wyoming plates I think. Is he on the TDR?

The guy in the Blue shirt is Shane Boyer. He is actually just sponsored by us but is always willing to help promote the sport of pulling. He usually pulls with his 02 Dodge but we are working on it at the moment. The maroon Dodge is actaully another one of our customers trucks that just let Shane pull with it.
