Rust-Oleum 2 part epoxy kit

Anyone use this kit on their garage floor? If you did how hard was it to apply and how is it holding up? Thanks, Tom

I have used it in smaller applications, ie. to fix a gas tank. I did not know that it was used in such a big project such as a garage floor. Wouldn't it be quite spendy?

They sell a kit at Home Depot. Will cover the floor of a one car garage. Price under $60. Looks like a good DIY project but not if it wont hold up. Tom

I applied it to my garage last summer. I did two coats and sifted pumice for noslip on the top coat.

It appears to be holding up very well, especially since both trucks have studded tires!!!!

p. s. like any paint or coating project , the prep is the most important step!!

I washed the concrete 3 times with Simple Green and then used the citrius based

prep included with the kit.
