For you guy's that have an RV the oven is usually a pain when baking cakes, turn overs etc. as it usually burns the bottom. I tried the recommended pizza stone and still had burning . Came across these although a little pricey and the largest of the three does not fit in a RV oven, the largest is more of a residential. So I just received these and threw 4 cherry turn overs to see if it actually works. They came out perfect so the burnt bottom issue is finally solved.

Dave,
I don't even have one of those pro-pain (LoL) ovens, but when I did, I turned it down 50 to 75 degrees and placed the rack as high in the oven as possible. Our current unit doesn't have one, the convection microwave does pretty good.

Cheers, Ron

My wife has used these for years. They do work wonders.

We use the Air bake cookie sheets at home. The only real issues with them is you can not soak the pans to get them clean. Water will seep in between the metal crimping and get between the inside of the baking sheet. Which can ruin them, they are difficult to clean sometimes.
For cooking in an RV and baking like a pizza or something (not cakes) we use a Presto Pizzazzr Plus Pizza Oven works great.
