K guys, air ride is going in soon. May have to move or rearrange the rear wheel anti lock brake thingamabob that goes from the frame to the axle. You know, the arm that senses the load in the bed to tell the anti-lock brake system that the truck is loaded.

Can I move that or remove it? Do I need it since I never carry heavy loads in the bed? Will removing it screw with the anti lock brake system?

Thanks!

Nick

I've heard of guys disconnecting the link from the axle and tying it up to the frame to get max braking out of it. I have air bags and rely on my trailer brakes for stopping whe I am hauling.
