Ok guy's its that time of the year agin. The meet is set for OCT 3rd. Same thing as in all of the past events. Camping on site is aviable. Location is Peru, IN. I'll send out directions to the people that need them 2 weeks before the event. I'll post up a list of carry in food items as the event gets closer. :D

BTW this is a 1st gen based event for the new people.

I'm sure Philip wouldn't mind having a 3rd gen to drive while he fixes his truck. It will just show him how nice his truck really is! ;) :-laf

Oh, I'm in!

:{ I guess I'll have to miss another SOP..... My wife is not going to let me go out of state, a week before our 3rd child will be born... I cannot imagine why:-laf. You guys have fun. Around the campfire this time, discuss a Spring meeting in SW Iowa. I've got grass growing in the yard, and plan to have the garage/shop completed this summer.

Chris I just parted that D350 out. For what it would have cost to repair the engine. When I went to sell the truck I might have broken even. So I have a spare play engine now. :D

My transmission has finally imploded on my truck, I do believe. If I can get that stick shift in (finally) by the time SOP rolls around, I'll definitely be there. I've been wanting to go since I got the truck, this might be my first chance.

Tickets are now available... ... ... ... ... ... .

20. 00 per person, and as always, payable to me. I take pay-pal.

BTW, fourty dollars @ the gate.

Trust me, you don't wanna pay to go thru the gate. The bull owns that piece of turf, and he's not afraid to prove it! ;)

Tippin', if you would get out of that damn car for a second you'll have time to do your transmission swap!:-laf Ever since I built my truck like I wanted you can't wipe the smile off my face. You'll thank yourself and then kick yourself for not doing it sooner.

Is it October yet????

New car = big car payment = empty wallet = drink less beer = crabby = no motivation = long days = impatience = full throttle "therapeudic" rides = more fueling up = emptier wallet = no money for parts = truck broken = new car

We do have a place where you can camp. There are local hotels also.

We have some people that come in of Friday evening and then leave on Sunday morning. The actual meet is on a Saturday.

We normaly have some sort of soups on friday evening for the people that have traveled in. On Saturday for the meet we normaly have people bring in side dishes. (The long distence drivers bring items that don't need to worry about spoiling). I'll provide the main course. I haven't decided on this years main course yet.
