s400 (B-2) identification

I was wondering how to identify a B-2 charger? Does it have an id tag?

All the ones from TAD (the first to use the B2) have their name and a serial number stamped on it.

yup, 171702 is what I found out too. You can also get the same turbo with a 4" hose style compressor outlet (instead of the v-band) and the part number is 167735

thanks for the info, i wasnt sure if they were like holsets with id tags that would have s400 on it.

Well, plannin on workin on it. Almost got it back(after 4 months). The engine may be ceased up by now from setting so long. you may have to come down and drag it around the parking lot with ol white to unlock the motor lol. Tryin to plan ahead in case i fall into some money for twins. I dont know if that would be a great combo with my b-1. I'll be at indy wether i have my truck or not. Now ol shaneo bought a daily driver 1st gen. auto that turned into a monster with an 8 in. susp. lift and 38. 5 swampers. no ht3b on this one though.
