Sacramento Raceway Truck Drags

Saturday, July 22nd, is the first annual truck drags at Sacramento Raceway. There are 4 truck classes and one of them is an all diesel class. Trophies and cash payouts to the winners. (cash payouts have not yet been determined, but I'll let you know when they are) Gates open 8am, time trials 9:30am, eliminations start 12noon. Spectators $10, Racers $40. We're hoping for a big turnout so the event will be held again next year.

Yes it's bracket racing, and no there isn't a stick class. Hopefully you guys will still make it out there.

No flyers at any of the shops. I think orangevale diesel might have some. Maybe I'll drop some off at Imlers.

It would be fun for our boys to get down there again. Maybe Darin could bring his new truck, since he's officially in the 10's now. Next time I'll be tempted to trailer down like Mr. Reed did, just in case of course! :-laf

Rhonda:Sac Raceway is a pretty decent track, ALOT of serious racers run out there, so it's gotta be in good shape. I'd love to see you all come down so we can hang out again and BS a bit!
