Interest in SACRAMENTO VALLEY TDR Chapter?

Southern California - Local Chapter Now Forming

THANKS

to all for showing and to you Gary for the pic's as well as the F. P. testing much appreciated and I heard you found one bad one that may just save someone a few grand. Nowell long drive just to show support wow sure is nice to have that not to mention your knowledge even if it is on the "OVERVALVED" rigs. This will work and I thank you for your support. Jeff

Yup - GREAT time - neat folks and nice trucks, including the VERY nice Ford *I* was parked next to!

I tested 5 different trucks for fuel pressure - one that checked WELL down in PSI, another questionable - that's 40%, and SHOULD drive home the value of permanent guages, and sensitivity to the fuel systems in these trucks - it IS easily corrected for with little expense!

We tested 3 trucks for sound levels with my DB meter - very interesting to see how consistent these trucks are in stock noise levels - once you make changes, it's easy to compare to to stock values already posted and displayed on this board.

Great time, looking forward to the next one, and permanent establishment of an active local area group...

First Meeting

I thought we had a great group and I feel the Sacramento chapter is a no-brainer. There were a lot of folks at the first meeting and the commitment was evident in the tone of the comments made.

:( I sure wish I could have made the meeting. Was there a decision as to when the next one will be. Soon I hope. I gathered from the pics that there is some spouse intrest as well. I was really glad to see that. Maybe now I can convince mine that it is more than a guy thing. Looking forward to the next meeting.

Hey Gary, thanks for putting up the photos! A good way to let those that were unable to make it get a bit of a feel.

Also, for Magaliasram, we sincerely hope to be an "inclusive" group. That not only means that we accept Fords and Chevy's, but also wives, girlfriends and children. I am sure that there will always be talk of bombing and how to repair etc. ,but everyone will be welcome. I know that my girls are not as interested in my truck as I am, but that they are always interested in meeting good people and having fun. That is what we hope to be about.

Hope to see and meet more of you at the next get together.

Paul

West Sac Get Together

Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun. The pictures were great. Sorry I missed this one, but I was out of town. Hope to catch the next one. ;)

When I was holding on to Gary's camera while he was hooking up the pressure gauge, I should have taken a picture of Gary with his whole body under the hood of one of the lifted 4x4s. You got lucky this time, Gary.
