Safer Towing W/2500 Srw

as you can see from my sig. i own a 01 2500 srw. i have recently purchased a 30 foot encolsed race car trailer that weighs aprox. 10k when loaded. my question is, with the lift and 37in tires i am getting a good bit of sway at highway speeds. how can i help to keep the sway down? also, i have the opportunity to purchace some 19. 5" bridgestones on rims. would this be a good comprimise for not having a dually? i currently run about 10% tounge weight with a weight dist. set up on a 8 3/4 drop shank. i am going to purchase a friction sway control for the trailer in hope that this will help. thanks!!!

i agree that the lift is a possible problem, but the only mod to the rear is a add-a-leaf. this is a product that most people install to over come rear end sag. i hoped that the 19. 5 would help alot. anyone have a dually that is intrested in a trade???

You may also want to consider a dual cam sway control. When I had my TT, about the same weight and 31 feet long, this type of sway control completely eliminated the sway issues I was having.

the huge sidewall of the 37" tires isn't gonna help you any either. Even with a sway control, you will still have sway, albeit it not as bad.

You may want to check into Roadmaster active suspension. Claims to prevent axel wrap, It did improve my sway issues with my slide-in camper.
