The front springs on my 93 are in ROUGH shape. I'll take some pictures and post them up but they are almost touching the bump stops and the front spring back shackle angle ain't to sporty either. Also my back blocks(which I wanna find the guy who decided to put blocks under 4wd Dodges and kick him in the nuts!) These blocks have shifted on the rearend, and have been this way for so long that they have cut a groove in the spring perches on the rearend. They have moved just slighty but enough to where the frontend can't be aligned with the rearend when aligning the frontend. I wish I could afford to get all spring lift for the back and get the 2. 5" springs for the front but I can't afford to right now. The front springs need attention ASAP though. I've only been able to find the kits from Rocky Mountain Susp. for the truck and it's a little over 400 smackers for it :--) I don't think so Scooter! Does anybody know where I could get just the front springs for this thing? I know I'll need some longer shocks but I can reuse the U-bolts and all that junk. I just can't see over 400 bucks for springs!

The price you were quoted isn't that bad. Factory replacement springs are $150. ea with no hardware. Thats from a good DC dealer to. If it is one of the other type of DC dealers it will be higher.

I just put the Skyjacker Softride front springs on my 92 W250. The ride is so much better and gives a little lift as well. I used the rancho RS9000 shocks that were on it to begin with. No need to buy new u-bolts either. Brake lines reach just fine. I am running 33x12. 50x16. 5 on 9. 75x16. 5 wheels with no rubbing. I paid like $280 shipped to the door with new bushings from 4Wheel Parts Wholesalers. Summit had them too for about the same price.

Jimmy whats you got there is a Cummins equipped truck= $$$$$ everything on it is gonna cost ... You can have the front leafs rearched but that will run about $250-300. If you have the right tools you can repair the rearend springs yourself. Use a cutoff tool or torch and cut the ubolts buy new ones, about $25, put the 6"blocks back where they supposed to be or if you dont like them, send them to me, I have a pair of 3"blocks I'll trade ya. Then use the 600ftlb impact on them turn reg up to 120 and put the whammo on the ubolts, buy at least 9/16"bolts, should get things tight again. STAY AWAY from Jc Whitney leaf springs, junk, btdt, they have about the same arch as the worn out sagging stockers you will remove.
