Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Santa leaves Comp under tree

I must have been a good boy this year, got a comp for Christmas. Spent Christmas day in the driveway putting it in. Out with the Banks Big Hoss and in with the Edge Comp. What a difference, the banks was ok before the trans. upgrade.



Now I have to get a full time fp gauge in. hope I can find the time all I want to do now is drive the truck.



Any one else get any cool stuff for your ride for Christmas?

Yeah, but I had to buy them myself!! Getting the Smarty for my Catcher! Have fun with the Comp, what you need to do now is get a set of injectors, preferrably Don's Machs!!!

I picked up a Suzuki Vinson 4 wheeler for my Christmas, it just happens to fit in the back of my truck, how is that for cool stuff for my ride

My bride bought me a new lift pump and the Vulcan big line relocate kit before Christmas but gave it to me a little early before a long trip a month ago. I don't care to share with you what I got Christmas morning before the kids woke up.

anyway what a difference between the Banks Big Hoss and the comp. Just on level one, (that is what about 40 hp) it kicks Big Hoss butt!! I know the Banks would make power, I could feel it when towing the camper. But the comp responds. It let you know it's there, and its fun to make some smoke sometimes. Now I can't keep my rear bumper clean!!

Almost forgot my mpg is going up. even though I have been hot roding it around town. Just checking it on the overhead for now. unless the comp is messing with it.

Santa/wife left the "front MAG-HYTEC" cover under the tree for me. A prezzie for me is my lsfarm latter bars stuck in the mail or customs waiting to arrive.
