I could use some help troubleshooting my Sat radio-

The HU is a factory RBQ in an 05 Ram, the Sat radio is a Sirius Sportster that is hard wired using a PIE interface. I chose this inter face because it also has the 5v built in supply to power the Sportster.

Everything powers up ok except when I mode over to Sat radio on the factory head unit I get this message- “no mag” along with no audio.

I thought the PIE interface should work with the Sportster but maybe that’s where my trouble is??

You don't suppose it could be that this might be the problem?

from the PIE compatability sheet
Note: Not compatible with "RBQ" (6-disc in-dash) and "RB4" (Navigation) Radios

I don't know how I missed that one, it all plugged in ok. To make things worse they don't have another interface that is compatible with the RBQ so looks like I'm stuck with FM modulation:rolleyes:
