Satisfied with Mopar4Less.com?

I am considering getting the Mopar running boards and would like to know how pleased anyone was dealing with Mopar4Less.com Any complaints? Do shipping charges offset any savings?

Had a small problem with the wrong part being sent, regular instead of Sport, so it didn't fit. They rush shipped a new one to me at their cost. The savings are very substantial, shipping costs are minimal. You will be pleased with their service, I'm sure. I know I'll use them again !

Quite some time ago I e-mailed them for a quote on the Mopar "Molded Side Steps" (NOT the nerf bar/steps). As I remember, they were going to save me about $150. however, as the shipping weight of the package was 83 lbs. , and they are located on the East coast (I also think the box was "oversize" as well), shipping charges would have eaten me alive. Bob, get a firm quote on the shipping charges prior to ordering.

The best way to come out ahead of the game with Mopar4less.com is to order an expensive item that is small in size and light in weight.

I inquired about some parts, they got back to me within a day, (all via email), price quoted seemed high, asked them to recheck, sure enough wrong part. checked with local dodge dealer price there within $20 after adding shipping, needed stuff right away so got it at dodge dealer rather than wait. overall good response, but like anything you buy check and double check before ordering.

EXCELLENT! Only problem is that they use UPS. When the boxes arrive, they are no longer square! I had one order in which half of the contents was missing due to the shipper. Mopar4less shipped replacement items without hesitation. Will continue to use them.

I ordered/received tow hooks from them. Even though it was a heavy item, using UPS Surface shipping, I ended up saving $5 or so, PLUS state sales tax! That was another $10 or so.

If the time comes to get another MOPAR item, I will definately check with Mopar4less first.

I was very satisfied with them. My understanding is, that they are located in Farmington, NM not on the East Coast, I may be wrong though.

You are right they are in New Mexico.
