Saw my old 93 tonight in Seattle

Was riding home on the bus to Edmonds from Seattle and my old 93 blue STD CAB 4x4 CTD with Warn Bumper got on the freeway at the University district. Had a cap on the back, but still looked good. Anyone know who the owner is now????? SNOKING
