Say what you will about Nitto...

But my 305/70R17 Nitto's just hit 25k today. I've never run them over 55 psi, usually around 45 in front and 40 in back (unless i'm hauling), and they're got about 1/2 tread life left on all but one (one's pretty close to bald, can you figure out why?).



If they finally get that 325/70R17 E out i'm jumping all over it.

I love my nittos they are the same size as yours I beat them off road all day and also do alot of highway miles I have no problems with mine at all they also have very good bit off the line on the street

The problem I had with Nittos on my '95 (305s), 04 (285s) & (I hate to say it) my wifes DM (285s); we couldn't keep them balanced. I never had a wear issue, over 50k on all. Just started to vibrate after about 1500 miles. Constantly back at Discount Tire to re-balance. The BFGs we have now have 65k+ with at least 1 rotation left & no balance issues. I never let them get to the indicators.

I really liked the way the Nittos looked, but i read too many negative reviews about them, nice to read some positive. I went with the Toyo Open Country 325/60r18. Only 2-3 weeks on them now, so far so good. I still think the Nitto is a better looking tire

Nitto's were nothing but poo for me. They were done after 20K and thats even rotating every 3K. I also couldn't get them to balance. I'll never buy another set.
