Where are you guys setting the pedal to start engaging? I'm running a 3250 DD in front of a 5600. Is it possible to over adjust something? I had to lengthen the rod quite aways just for the clutch safety switch to do its thing. Still notchy going into reverse too.

My pedal engages at the very top. I also had to adjust the safety switch.

Reverse is also hard to find sometimes. I find it easier when rolling slightly and have accepted it as normal.

I pulled the safety switch out and closed the circuits with a jumper wire and the plug off the old safety switch. I have mine adjusted to 2 to 3 inches down from stock fully out and full disengaged 2 to 3 inches from the floor. To help get into reverse at a dead stop, is to throw into 3rd and then reverse.
