Yesterday I noticed a pretty good-sized puddle of oil under my truck. When I crawled under it, oil was EVERYWHERE! I jacked it up, cleaned everything off the best I could, and started it up to try to find the leak. I couldn't see anything so I grabbed my wrenches and started checking things. There is an oil line running from the bottom of the vacuum pump to the side of the block. When I checked the fitting on the bottom of the pump, I was able to tighten it up about 1/2 turn. It hasn't leaked since so I guess that was the source of the leak. Y'all might want to check yours and save yourselves a good scare.
