I just became the proud owner of a set of 24" long Grovers. This KW had been sitting behind a house that is on my way to work for the past 18 months. I kept saying to myself that I needed to stop and see if I could buy the horns off the truck. Well yesterday I made up my mind that today is the day.

Well after about 20 minutes of work and a crisp $20 I had the Grovers laying behind the seat and headed down the road. The truck looked like from a distance that is was being salvaged. . it had been in an engine fire! On my way home I thought to myself... self what if the heat had messed up the insides of the horns. . that would be a waste of my lunch money.

Anyway when I got home I fired up the compressor and tested them... ... . :--) :--) :--) . . needless to say they work great.

Now here is where I need instructions from my TDR family. . Best way to connect them. . ie. .compressor, tank, and the type of lines to run. I plan on using a button mounted where the old style dimmer switch would go so its easy to activate. .

When these babies are mounted and working... I am going Barbie with the cell phone hunting:D :D :D . .

Do I need a permit for this type of hunting???????

Thanks

Rick

I used big rig air brake line and compression fittings to hook up my Hadleys. Got an ele solonoid from the same big rig shop. All the fittings I bought at the local Home Depot/Lowes and now I can blast the morons. .

Here is a picture of the horns. . I am not worried about the quality of the chrome. . they are going to be hid anyway. .
