Scotty Air II

Well I finally got the Scotty Air that we won at the Texas rally back in October. First it was on back order, then operantly it got lost in shipping. Now only need some warm weather and the hole saw to get it in. Should drop the EGT's for the trip to May Madness.

larry, use a 4" rubber tail light groment to cover the saw cut.

makes for a neat install and the scotty housing wont rattle against the bare metal hole.

I put a TAG in mine to cut the compressor whine, which it did about 50% or more. I did the cowl hole. Good idea about the 4" tail light rubber gromet. I'll have to try to find one - NAPA have them?



Dave Meehan also put a silencer ring in my KSB1-B for me.



Now I can have a "normal" conversation with the wife on trips. You may not want that though, :--)
