Scotty II on order!!

Me and my partner in BOMBing (buddy with the 95) both ordered Scotty II systems today from Rip Rook. Oo. Oo. Oo.



Won't be here till prob. Friday though :{



This will be great me and my buddy are switching tires to see what kinda mileage I will get this Saturday and running them a week. (his 265's my 33/16. 5's) With DOWN grading in tires and moving my #10 with my Scotty II :--) :--) :--) :--) Oo.

Talked with Scotty himself last week in DTR chat and he said to just fold the insulation back that you would normally cut. Then when you need the extra cooling, like pulling a trailer just fold the insulation back. Makes sense to me



Guess I'll know this time NEXT week. :{

To loud I don't think so the extra cooling is worth it. The rubber gromet makes it a little noisey. The gromet is a napa part that holds a 4" round tail light. Eric

Yes, with a 4. 5inch hole cut in the front fireall to make room for the Scotty II, there is a discernible increase in the sound, especially when its in full song..... Regular driving and its almost unoticeable though. As if you needed a reason to turn up the stereo!? Make some comparison test runs before and after and x-reference the gauges to see what REAL difference you are getting on them EGTs.
