Anyone have any experience with these guys? I orderd a VP44 from them last Monday (11 days ago) and recieved a status link to go to in my email that all it ever says is "order is being assembled" WTF?

I tried to call them and was sent to someones voicemail that never returned my call yesterday and then tried today and nobody is even there! This is getting very frustrating as I was depending on having this by now so I could set up a time for othe r helpful TDR members to help me with this swap.

Any ideas?

I ordered it from the online order dept. It said it could ship from any location. I did recieve a call from Glen at extension 227 in "parts" this morning who said he didn't know anything about it but would find out and return my call. I have not heard back yet.

I didn't receive an order number in my confirmation printout but my name is Sebastian Carter in Pleasant Hill CA.

The price was 1000. 00. They do also have a core charge of 500. oo and shipping to me in CA was 16. 35 so the order total was 1516. 35. Not too bad,

It looks very nice and I think they tried to package it well. It had some plastic bubble wrap and some little plastic baggie type things that I believe were supposed to have air in them but Fed-x may have been a little rough. Looks ok though so we'll see!
