I'm located in Island Lake/Wauconda area. I could meet you in Wauconda (Rt12) and take back roads up to JohnRV4's place (which I did last time) or meet at Woodfield and cruise up 294. Altho I'll need to check with John regarding the last couple turns to his place to refresh my memory. This way we can meet up with the rest for an even bigger caravan (not to mention I don't want to have to find my own way to Champ's).

XcumminsX, I think you'd be better off coming up 294 to 94. I only live a 1 1/2 west of I-94, and we can take that right up to Milwaukee. I'll give directions to my house as the date gets closer for everyone that wants to meet here.

the oasis would be on the way. it is in between the 290/90 junction and where we'd pick up 294. If XcumminsX is going the oasis is right by him. Not to mention Woodfield is a big place to meet up in. But either can be done... .





BTW... Guys any of your female companions coming? Mine is a little interested in seeing a diesel roundup.

Woodfield works for me... I work in Schaumburg by the mini O-Hare field (Irving Park and Roselle). So I can cruise by Woodfield and check out a good spot at Higgins/290, which is a good on/off spot of 290, unless you can suggest one.

Well off of higgins if you turn at martingale going into the woodfeild area. Streets of woodfeild is right there. We can meet right that that parking lot. Then all we'd have to do is get back on higgins and turn left and get on 90 about 1 mile down.





Thinking of an exact location is streets of woodfeild. . How about right in the parking lot in front of starbucks?

I'm pretty sure that there is a boat show not to far away at the WI State Fairgrounds, if anyone is interested. Don't have the specifics handy but I'm planning on maybe checking that out since I'll be in the area

Milwaukee round up

Hey all, just an update I stopped by Chammps today and spoke with the manager, about a table for 15-20... not a problem, the only drawback is they will put it on one tab and add 15% gratuity which is normal with a group of more than 6. If anyone doesnt agree let me know. Time is going to be 12:00. I will be stocking up on refreshments at my house for friday and Saturday night if anyone is going to be in town early and need a place to crash or wants to start the party early, give me a call on my cell
