I was told that there is a product that inserts between the sliding window and the canopy. I would like to get some heat from the cab to the canopy for the dog. Has anyone heard of or seen this seal. Apparently it is like an inflatable pillow that is rectangular shaped?

Yes they are available at most RV dealers, but beware they collect debris and water, and they rub you paint off.

Couple more options

Yeah, what Lrambo said, the inflatable donut type seals will eat the paint off your truck and camper shell in short order! :(

Another option is to run a slider window in both the truck and the shell. You can then open both windows and use some cloth tape to seal up the gap temporarily.

Or you can take both windows out and have an upholstery shop put a boot in. Of course this is a more permanent arrangement. ;)
