I have a seal leaking on my vacuum pump, where the power steering pump bolts on. I've tried Dodge and an auto parts store, to see if I could buy the seal, I was told that I would have to replace the pump. I would think there would be somewhere a person could
buy these seals, instead of having to replace the pump.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Thanks
Rodney

Unless changes were made ... I bought those seals for my 89 way back when from Cummins. Call them . . you might be surprised!

Sure makes a big mess down under when that seal leaks ! I did not have any better luck at Cummins than at D-C. I get mine from a industrial bearing supply. You will need a seal and a o-ring. They are both metric. The seal size is 28mm i. d. x38mm o. d. x7mm wide [or wider-plenty of room] the o-ring is 2mm x 55mm x59mm. For both pieces it should cost less than $6. 00. Good luck John
