I know a lot of us are frustrated by topics that have been covered over and over again being posted when a search would be more effective. Also, many of us are frustrated when we try to search, but we can't find what we're looking for, because it includes short acronyms that are excluded from searches. Here is a solution for anyone who wants to use it.
You can search the forums with google, and you can incorporate all of their advanced search functionalities, like quotes, for instance. All you do is put site:turbodieselregister.com in your search, and it will only return searches from this domain. You can be more specific if need be by copying and pasting the forum name, for example site:turbodieselregister.com/forums/12-valve-engine-transmission-1994-1998 . Of course, I cannot figure out how to search multiple forums at the same time, so there are many reasons that the TDR search function is more useful for ever day searches. However, when you need to search for short words or acronyms, or if for any other reason you cannot find what you are looking for in the normal search function, you can try this method.
