2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seat Adjustment Not Fully Releasing

I have a regular club cab and when I move the seat foreward to let passengers in back the seat does not fully release when sliding it. It kinda sticks and makes a ratcheting noise when moving it. Anyone ever have this problem and find a fix for it.

I had that same problem. The problem is that the lever is not pulling the pins enough. there is some slack in the action.



Find the levers that contact the pins and try to bend the tabs so that it will pull the pins more when you lift the bar. I did this and now it works good.
