Seat Back problem

Anyone else wear a hole in your seat back due to the lumbar support being too sharp? I did, on the left side and the dealer ordered a new seat back, it was obvious that there was a sharp spot in the lumbar support that made a hole in the seat cover :-(

I am having the same thing show up. Did the seat back correct the problem? My 03 is out of warranty due to milage and I don't want to spend the bucks if it does not solve the problem.
