seat belt not retracting anyone else??

the seat belt on my '06 just flops down when I take it off and ends up getting caught in the door half the time, it is very annoying, should this be something that is covered under warranty beyond the 36k warranty?? the dealer wants over 300 to fix it.

I won't make a difference, they are all weak. I had them replace mine under warranty before the 36k was up... it was back to hanging up within 10k.

Mine had a twist behind the plastic molding on the B pillar. Don't know how it got there, but once I got it straightened out, it started working like new again.
