2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seat Belts

I put some blocks under my seat to raise it up because I am 6'3" . Somewhere in the process I have done something and my seat belts won't work. Any ideas? The fuse is OK

There is a black box under the center seat mounted to the cup holder that controls the seatbelt lockup. It will lock the belts up if it is not positioned correctly. There may be a plug for it too under the driver's seat that you may also want to check.
