2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seat Covers 1996 Driftwood Interior

I'm trying to find seat covers that will match my interior. Genos has tan, gray or charcoal. Driftwood is kinda in-between tan and gray. Has anyone had any experience with the covers from Genos or have any other recomendations? I want something that looks good. I have tried several cheap covers and have not been happy.

Have you tried a local interior guy?

I found mine here. We matched the interior colors with the smaall swatches he had in stock. The hard part was what to embroider into the seats & headliner.

Have you tried your local sticher?

I was leaning toward the gray but wasn't sure of the match.



I have not tried anything local but may see what it would cost. Was your cost comparable to the Geno's covers for $99 for the front or was it much more? I don't mind paying alittle more if they are good quality and match better.

If you don't mind spending the extra money you should be able to get a set from the dealer. I bought my seat covers from my dealer about a week after buying my 99 and they have worked great for going on 6 years. They are always on the seats and only come off when I wash them.

Back in the summer of 98 I paid $210 for the complete set of fronts and rears.

I believe those (dealer covers) are the same one's Geno's sells - chinos without the logo.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right on the money fishjack1 !

Covercraft is the manufacturer, they embroider the logo on the Dodge product. It is the only difference that I know of.

Yes you are both right, but the dealer has them in colors to match the interior of the trucks.

According to my local dealer, they have 3 colors; Agate, Camel, and Mist Gray for $210 both front and rear. Sound like the same as Genos but more expensive. I think I will get a gray rear and see how it looks. If it works, I'll go for the front.
