Has any one put seat covers on their 03 yet?

I had the Mopar covers on the 99 and they were great.

Before I buy them for my 03 I would appreciate any input you guys have. Thank's

I put the Mopar ones on and like them ('cept for the cntr seat one - it only covers the seat bottom and is made for the seat w/o storage). Have to soak them in cold water w/salt to "set" the color. Believe they will keep the seats clean and new looking. Not too bad for the dealer, pricing wise.

Thinking seriously about doing the rear seat also but since no one rides there they would protect against "sunburn".

I use the center (bottom) WITH the storage, even though it does cover the latch.

I got both sets: front and rear.

The primary reason was to protect the leather and the secondary reason was to make clean-up easier.

Our dog appreciates the "non-skid" surface that they supply. :)

I'm glad that I got them, and recommend them, especially for anyone that hauls kids or pets.

I got the Mopar seat covers too after worrying about getting mud or grease on my seats from work or my old jeep. The head rest covers were a tight fit - can't get the velcro snaps together yet (gap between headrest and seat back hides this fact though), but I don't know if they shrunk slightly after soaking them in cold water with salt as a previous reply stated to set the color. Every so often I'll pull on the head rest covers a bit to get some more stretch. I ordered mine from Dodgeparts.com. For the rear seat I'll eventually use a blanket. Oh, and congrats on the new truck!

missed this one

I just put the Mopar covers on the front and I like them a lot. The ram head on the headrest looks too cool. It is a lot easier to slide in and out of the truck. I know it will keep the front seat from wearing like my 92 did over time.

I missed the part about soaking them to set the color. How much salt and how long do you soak them. I hope they don't shrink any cause they fit good and tight as they are.

Pre-soaking for "bleeding"

The directions are also on the tag (besides the papers that show the installation) on the outside seat cover(s). A tablespoon of salt for each cover and 30 minutes of soaking before washing. AIR DRY!

PS: I got mine with other Dodge goodies so... but they listed on the Dodge build site @ $145. Dont recall the price of the rears but maybe (if'n I recall) 140.

Also, dont forget to get your 2 FREE seat belt extenders. The SO is short and they reposition the belt so its not "cutting" into her neck. I use mine when on a long trip to reposition the shoulder belt for comfort/different pressure position on occasion.

I had bucket seat covers from Costco on my Tundra when I traded it and they fit perfect on my 2500. They are grey and black neoprene and a slightly warm in the summer. But, it's the best $18 I ever spent!

I got the rear seat covers for my dogs. I believe they were $86 from the dealer. The fronts were a little more, $120-$140 range.
