seat foam?

Does anyone have any idea if you can and/or where you can get new seat foam for the drivers side for an 01 seat? Mine is getting wore out on the outer edge.

my 01 is the same i was thinking about taking the seat out and taking it to a local Upholstery shop and getting them to fix it.

When my seats began showing wear I replaced them with a pair of BMW seats I bought on EBAY. Like most of the mods I've done I wished I had done it much sooner.

It doesn't really matter, mine are from a '02 330ci, grey, leather, power. It is not a simple bolt in so you have to re-work the seatbrackets to meld the BMW seats to the Dodge floor brackets.



If your truck doesn't have rear doors you'll need to get seats out of a coupe so they flip forward.



It took me about 6 hours of cutting/welding to do the install. On the passenger side I retained the Dodge slider AND the BMW slider allowing the seat to move forward to within 4" of the dash and back to touch the rear seat. This setup allows the Rottweiler to sit in front or back on the floor (no dogs on people seats!)
