I've finally got around to installing new seat foam and wondered what type of glue to use to reattach the OEM bun warmer. Seems like I read in the FSM that it wasn't a good idea to reuse the original heater and I didn't give the bun warmers a second thought when I bought the seat cushion a year or so back. The old bun warmer pealed off pretty cleanly and should clean up nice. Any thoughts or recommends?

Thanks-Casey

I don't think it has to be very sophisticated. I bought Rostra seat heaters and they have a common two-sided tape. They are hotter than the factory dodge ones (at least the ones in my 2004).

I wondered if the heaters would get hot enough to melt the glue and have to pull the seats back out and start over. I have some 3M spray glue I used to install the new hood liner on my car,I'll give it a try. My seats take forever to heat up and I don't bother with the low setting.
