2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission seat hot spots

My 01 driver's side seat seems to have excessive hot spots when the seat warmer is turned on High or low. Has anyone experienced this ???

Yup my drivers side started this about a month ago it was REALLY hot well you know where and well after it almost burning the seat up it finally started flashing at me so I guess it shorted out now to find a new one for less than rediculous...

I started to get the flashing LED light which means it's time for a replacemnent. After time the heating coils break down preventing a good electrical path... . so i'm told. I replaced my driver side for the first time @ 60k miles.

certainly no complaints here I have almost 122k on my truck and the heaters are on almost every cold day (under 60) in northern CA so its not like they did not hold up well and the passenger side is still working fine and it gets more use than the drivers...
