Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Second Gear on 6 spd feels like no synchro

It has done this from day one of the conversion, and I have not had time to call Blumenthal. When I am coming to a stop, every gear but second has no problem letting me in... when I try to put it into second, it feels like the countershaft(s) are still spinning, and just like an Eaton Fuller Transmission on a big truck, it will eventually come to a stop, and slip in... It's not just stopping either... when I am going from first to second, it is a pain to get into gear as well. . Do any of y'all have problems like this?? Replies or suggestions would be appreciated.

does it shift okay with the engine off if it does is your syncronizer drain your fuild and see if it not full of gold shaving if does not shift okay with the engine off it probably your blocker ring
