Second time around

This is sthe second place I have posted this but here goes... ... Looking for a 2-3 inch body lift for a first gen truck, 2 or 4 wheel drive. I am not worried about bumper relocation, radiator hoses etc. etc... . I know I might need a new steering shaft, but something simple would be great.
