2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Security System "False Alarm"

I recently have had my alarm beeps 3 times when entering the cab. This happens after the truck is sitting for more than a day. I do not believe it is activated because someone tampered with the truck. It will occur both when I use the remote or unlock the door with the key. I am not sure what is triggering the alarm. I had thought of a low battery voltage, but the truck starts fine. Any ideas please. Thanks. Tom
