seems I have a thud!!!!

seems I have a thud in the steering wheel when turning left..... stupid question but i know this isnt normal... it seems almost like the steering wheel is getting bound up but then slides over it... . any ideas???? its an 05

Track bar. I've had mine replaced twice in 25000 miles. The rubber bushings get mushy and it allows the front axle to shift slightly left or right. The thud in mine was the bar bumping the bracket it bolts to on the frame rail. Look under the front end while someone turns the steering wheel.
