Sepertine belt change for 2014 Ram 2500

[2014 Dodge Ram 2500]

Can someone please tell me how to change the serpentine belt on a 2014 Ram 2500? I am not understanding how to get the belt on with a bar between tensioner and idler. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I remove the tensioner,for me it makes it easier

It has also become common practice and recommend from some manufactures to replace the tentioner at the same time. As serp belts are lasting longer.
