What items do we need to bring for the meeting?

ie food, drink, plates, cups, etc... ?

I am new to meetings. Not member, thought I might try.



Where in Lebanon is Cedar City and what time is the meeting.



I'm coming from Kingston Springs, west of Nashville.

To CCD:



Take I-40E to Exit 239B. Go North a little over 1 mile and then make a right on TN Blvd. Meacham's is down just a ways on your right.

Cedar City Diesel closes for business @ Noon on Saturdays.

Careful Hans not to confuse C. C. D. (Cedar City Diesel) with C-C-D (Crazy Cousin Dilbert). He will be in attendence and put to work too :-laf we'll be finishing my weight bracket with some of Meacham's toys. :-laf Oo.

I got a call in to Meachams Cell Phone. He called me back, but I haven't been able to catch back up with him. I'll work out the details with him, and let y'all know. I'm looking for a 1PM to 5PM or so??? I'll know more after speaking with our host.

ekonruff, I'll get you my cellphone, we'll hook up in Nashville and convoy out if you want. I live in Pleasant View (other side of the river from you). Joe and Gap (if they go) will take the bypass from dickson to lebanon most likely. You are also welcome to convoy with them. They're good people, just keep 'em where you can see em.

I need to get in touch with Scott. He usually works Saturdays, but has said he would be coming to the meeting. I'll try and attach him to my convoy.

We still need:
1. schedule
2. food ideas (I vote somebody brings a grill, and everyone else brings what they want cooked?). We'll pitch in sodas and ice (somehow er nother). I'll go first (see below)
3. Tables and chairs (paul. I'd say one would get it, and about 10 chairs) Nobody ever sits too much. )
4. Brooms and such.

P. S. Sniper351 is Shay McBride of Gallatin, TN. US National Gaurdsmen (been to Iraq twice already), and former Gallatin PD. Really great guy, and good friend of mine.



Also I volunteer to bring the Grill, but someone else will have to grill cause I never have before.

Nah I am usually just too busy turning wrenches on something whenever foods being cooked. Which is where I'll be probably Saturday too! :-laf CCD and I have some work to do besides what needs to be done UNDER my hood. Meacham's gonna help with that. Oo.



Oh..... and I'll bring the laytex gloves in case I get near your truck. :-laf

I vote Mark is exempt from supplying anything but the grill. He fed us GOOD last meeting for free. I guess it wasn't totally free, we rubberized the top of his asphault for him.
