Joe, I am needin some tires for my truck, remind me to talk to you once we are there. What time is this thing supposed to kick off, my job is trying to throw all kinds of stuff at me for Sat. ? Let me know about it and if there is anything else that needs bringin and I can pick it up. Mark, I will call you later on with directions or I might just swing by your house or something.

On the way home today, I was reminded again of just how bad Death Wobble is.

... since no one else has spoken up for a spot in the shop. I'd like to beg that we put mine on the rack so that I can tear the front end down and figure out what part is bad... ball joints, track bar bushing, etc... If that's allright with everyone else. This thing is really giving me fits.

Thanks.

Hey guys - Mach 5s are in, but I'm needing a short piece of straight 4" pipe before I can install the turbo. I'm gonna try to find a piece tonight but just in case, if anybody's got a piece laying around, please bring it to the meeting tomorrow. I've ended up with 2 flared ends and I only need about 14-18" to fill the gap.

Thanks!

stacks

well dale's mao and dad failed to get me his truck today, unless they bring it in sat a. m. we will not be installing his stacks for him. sorry to get everyone all fired up about it but i can only hope they bring it in in the morning

joe

Hey I got a piece of 4" pipe - so no one has to worry about bringing a short piece. I'm getting ready to go take off the stock turbo and I'll probably finish bolting up the HTB2 in the morning.

Looking forward to it!

We can all work on my sister's truck. She took it up there today. Seems that the PCM and transmission have problems.

Hey Hans--you want me to put some break in miles on that new setup? ;)

I'll be there for a couple of hours. Lord knows I need a break from trying to get this wedding together.

My advice for anyone getting married. Elope! Then let your friends pitch a party. Oo.

:{ OK, the run down for what all work threw at me today. I will be in Cookeville at 8 AM to get the new truck, then go to Smyrna to get a guy through his physical to get back into the Guard. I have to get some paperwork together for my job while in Smyrna. I am coming and I should be there from the beginning, but just in case. If anything is still open for bring as far as food and whatever, let Mark know and tell him to call me, I won't be able to check this in the morning before I leave. See Ya tomorrow!!!!! :-laf :--)

I am planning on helping Meacham install my baby Gov. springs for full 4K RPM's. Then I need to work on my weight bracket for next weekend. Is anybody a good mig welder? I have my bracket all tacked up it just needs to be welded really good around all the joints, and Cousin Dilbert is most likely gonna be out sick tomorrow. :{

I also need to use the plasma to cut some end caps for where the weights hang. Anybody who's good with a mig please step up, other wise I'll have to attempt to finish it with my neighbors stick welder and hope it holds 900lbs :(

Great time at CCD!!! I just wanted to say that I had a great time today and it was great getting to meet all of yall. Special thanks to Meachum for letting us hang around the shop and hosting us. Look foward to seeing yall next time!!

Meacham,

My hat is off to you buddy. You trully are the best. Not only opening your shop, but all lifts, tools and your help for truck fixes. Then on top of that you buy the food for the meeting today as well. Its nice to know someone as big hearted and friendly as you are. Thanks for everything you offered today and for letting us hang out at your place.

I appreciate all the tips and tricks you shared with me today, and for letting me watch you and Joe work on Marks truck, for me to learn more about 12 valves.

I cannot thank you enough for all the support you have given me and the whole Mid Tenn TDR gang.

Guys I am so sorry that it took that long. I had no idea if I had we would have never done it today.

A very special thanks goes out to Meacham Evins & Joe Underwood who stayed until 8PM! :--) trying to get my 4K Gov Springs worked out correctly. You guys are great and I'm very pleased to call you my friends, something I don't seem to have to much of these days.

Thanks especially to Meacham for hosting, allowing the use of all said tools and lifts, and for providing free lunch on his dime after I hauled a grille all the way out there. ;)

Can't wait to do it again fella's! When's the next one, who's hosting? Oo. :-laf

Ccd

Glad ya'll had fun. Sorry I couldn't come. Had company (mom) in town. We'll catch up with ya'll sometime.

Me and joe was talking about our typical meeting in January. May bump it up, get some warmer weather so we can get a little more active. Also got to get some more details on possibly renting out the drag strip or having a meeting there. (Lawrenceburg 1/8th mile track). We might just want to have a meeting out there.

Hey, Me and Paul and Anthony stayed too!!! I even offered to stand up on the bumper and take a whizzz on the pump!!!

In all seriousnes: Thanks to all of you who showed, and a debt of gratitude to Mr. Meacham Evins. He was exhausted when we left last night. We worked him to the ground. Amazingly, he seemed ecstatic at the end of the day to have had us all there.

I'll tell ya what, we've got a great group. I appreciate all of you.

Couldn't have said it better myself Andy. I agree whole heartedly! :D

I didn't recognize Andy till he turned around and I seen that BALD head in another pic! :)

Mark, Didn't you have problems changing spark plugs in your truck last meeting?

Meacham, Looks like you grew or the booster seat did :D

Joe, Nice pose! Too sexy for my truck!

Wallace, You fart knocker!

I missed you guys.
