i have a 94 2500 with dominator diesel 100 hp injectors. the truck has been running fine until to day i heard a ticking under the hood get out and there is exhaust leaking from the number 2 injector please tell me there is a simple fix any info please

Sorry don't think so. Your title says it all "serious problem".

Only thing I can think of that would cause an injector to spew exhaust is the exhaust valve isn't opening and/or the bottom of the injector is gone. I'd want to pull that injector and make sure it is intact and OK. Either way, get the valve cover off, bar the engine over, and take a look at the valve train. Then pull the injector if the valve looks OK.

Sounds like your injector has backed out or something has cracked. Make sure the injector nut is tight. Not the fuel line nut. You will probably have to remove the injector lines to get to it. If that's not it, check to see if you have a crack either in the injector or the head. It's possible that there is a crack in the exhaust manifold or the manifold gasket and it's just blowing up beside the injector. I have heard of the manifolds shrinking enough to break the head. Throw some baby powder on it and start it up. If you can get someone else to start it while you watch that would be even better. Good luck. :(
