A Goodyear Gatorback belt should eliminate the chirp.
My belt chirped from day one. 65K and still the original belt. There is a TSB for a overrunning pulley for those who find the chirp bothersome.Belts tend to stretch with use and cause chirping. I bought a replacement belt at Advance for my 95 and it still chirped. Few months later bought a replacement from Genos, which was a mopar belt, no chirping.
Compared my original belt, Advance belt, and Genos belt for length. Shortest belt was Genos, next was original belt, longest was the Advance belt. Maybe your replacement belt is too long?

i hate the squeeks myself, but hey whatcha gonna do... ... . buy a ferd? also, while i too, have a fluidampr, my luck must be a tad better than yours, because i definetly feel the difference..... it is smoother, no more vibration when rpms are over 2,000 on accelerations. i did however, believe like you, thought it was going to eliminate the squeek on shut down. ahhh well. still wouldn't trade the ol' girl for anything less than a decked out mercedes amg!:-laf
its pretty normal even though on the 3rd gens they fixed it by using a special pulley on the alternator, there is a tsb I do believe if you don't want to hear it.
also don't use belt dressing on serp belts, they use friction to spin stuff and that stuff can cause lots of problems, dont' use anything for that matter.
