Service Electronic Braking System

[2014 Ram]

Service Electronic Braking System....Has anyone had this come up? Mine is a 2014 Ram 2500 Tradesman...I just swapped out all the interior from another same year Laramie, including the steering wheel. Now I have that stupid message on the evic and my cruise control will not work. Everything else works fine...stereo controls etc. This light was on in the donor truck, so I thought maybe it had a bad fuse in it, or wheel speed sensor etc...I had no issues with this in my truck before swapping the steering wheels...But there really isnt anything IN or ON the steering wheel to cause that message that I know of? Im kind of stumped at this point...Both truck are Cummins

this message comes on " occasionally " on my 18 2500 tradesman. it always goes away after 1 - 2 miles. comes on once every 3 months or so. no clue why. every time that it comes on , i am at a jobsite 25 miles from my house. no exceptions on that....good luck comrade. cheers! You really need to have the dealer scan it or find someone that can scan all modules for the codes. Some of the Harbor Freight scanners ($125 on sale) can read ABS and airbag codes.

To expensive for a toy, get AlfaOBD and the recommended Dongle for almost the same price as above.
And that is a REAL Solution that can do everything, just a hair away from dealers wiTech.
