Others may disagree, but I bought my new truck at this dealership, and had to take it back at 4200 miles and have nothing but good impressions. Dealership is AutoNation Dodge on 183 Airport Freeway in Irving.

Briefly - Sunday pulled out of driveway into street, right turn, got hard to turn, then **POP**, easy to turn, airbag light on (cruise out, discovered later) - Clockspring busted. Called dealership Monday a. m. , no one ever picked up in service, got irritated and just showed up, spoke with Al Jackson, no appointment, he said leave the truck and they would fix it that day. He called at 3pm, said the truck is ready, was a busted clockspring, and they drove it to make sure the cruise worked. All under warranty.

No appointment, dropped in, got problem fixed, got my truck back in one piece. I am not even going to say the *-star word in this post, but I just wanted to document my satisfaction.

Hope everyone else has a good outcome with a busted truck.

Fritz

Sounds like the current owners of the dealership have their act together. I purchased my '94 CTD from them and the had no service department. Well, the garage doors were there, and it looked like a shop. I lived in Keller at the time and found a top notch shop up on Hwy 287 in Decatur:D
