Service Manual Order by Phone?

I ordered my service manual from the dealer (still waiting... ... . ) somebody said you can order them direct from DC? Anybody have that phone number somewhere? I remember seeing it but can't find it in a search.

I checked out the DC link. I have a 98 24-valve & it looks like I'm going to have to spring for the $90 Ram Service Manual and the $20 24-valve diesel supplement! The manuals for 99 models apparently include the newer engine, since the "supplement" isn't listed. Can any of you experts out there tell me if I can get by with a 99 manual & save the 20 bucks? I'll go for it if necessary but it seems like a bit of a rip.
