I didn't see a ram service manual for a 2014 on the Genos site other than the Haynes paper back. Is it all there is? Does it go into depth on issues or do I need to get a CD version somewhere? What do you use?

Modern factory repair information is typically purchased on a subscription basis.
You can typically get as little as a few days to as much as an annual subscription.
There is a lot of information in these subscriptions!

The factory service manuals have been provided by TechAuthority for many years. Unfortunately, though, they no longer print the paper manuals so all you can get is a CD. More unfortunately, the CD is no longer a PDF of the printed manuals, it is a web-based manual that requires Internet Explorer and it totally sucks. No table of contents, no index, no searching, lots and lots of clicking and clicking and clicking to get to whatever you are interested in. And no wiring diagrams. Other than the missing wiring diagrams, it has the same information as the older factory service manuals. It is just much harder to use. That and the other manuals (diagnostics, body, etc) are no longer available. But that's what is available without a subscription. I don't know what you get different with a subscription
