setting up a pusher pump

Can anybody recommend a setup I. E. brand, how where to install, maybe have some pics of an install?

Diesel Dynamics has already developed a pusher pump kit for the 03's which they sell for $309. 00. Checkout their web site:http://dieseldynamics.com/ and look under the specials link to find the info on the pusher pump. I do now that some members on the TDR are running the DD setup.

Pusher Pump

Check out this website. I seen one of these at a local fair this summer. They put it on a couple of trucks that pulled in the pull that night and the owners said that that they notices a rpm increase, and lowered their EGT's and increased their fuel pressure. I'm just reporting what they said.
